• ਕਲਾਸ 2 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਲਾਸ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10.00 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ । ਪੂਰੀ ਕਲਾਸ ਲਾਉਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ।
• ਕਲਾਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਫੋਨ ਦੇ ਫਰੰਟ ਕੈਮਰੇ/ਵੈਬ ਕੈਮ ਤੋਂ ਲਈਆ ਜਾਣਗੀਆ । ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਨਹੀ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਜਾਂ ਗਲਤ ਪਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ।
• ਕਲਾਸ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ । ਕਲਾਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਨਾ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ।
• ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ । ਜੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਗੈਰਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ।
• ਦੂਸਰੇ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਕਲਾਸ ਲਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਇਕ ਟੈਸਟ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ । ਟੈਸਟ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 3.00 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ । ਟੈਸਟ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 3.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 3.15 ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ । ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਝਾਂ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਗੈਰ-ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ।
• ਟੈਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ 10 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1 ਨੰਬਰ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ । ਪੂਰਾ ਟੈਸਟ 10 ਨੰਬਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚੋ 6 ਨੰਬਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨੇ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ । ਟੈਸਟ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ । ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਟੈਸਟ ਚੋਂ ਫੇਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
• ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ 3 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪੈਨਲ ਤੋਂ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ।
• ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਵੈ-ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਤ (Self Attested) ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰੋ, ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਅਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਕ ਜਾਂ ਧੁੰਦਲਾ ਜਾਂ ਸਾਫ ਨਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਫੀਸ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ । Term and Conditions for Offline Classes
• ਸੰਸਥਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ, ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਮਿਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
• ਸੰਸਥਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਫਾਰਮ, ਅਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਡਰਾਇਵਿੰਗ ਲਾਈਸੈਂਸ ਅਸਲ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ । ਅਸਲ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ।
• ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਮਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਸਥਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ । ਸੰਸਥਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ । 10:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਦੀ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ।
• ਕਲਾਸ 2 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ।
• ਸੰਸਥਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਾਸਕ ਪਾਉਣਾ, ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰੀ ਬਣਾਏ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਥ ਧੋਣਾ/ਸੈਨੀਟਾਈਜ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ।
• ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਖਾਰ, ਖਾਂਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਜੁਕਾਮ ਆਦਿ ਦੇ ਲੱਛਣ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਸਥਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਤੋਂ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਨਹੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
• ਜਿਸ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੇ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਲੈਣੀ ਹੈ, ਸਿਰਫ ਉਸੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ।

Term and Conditions for Online Classes

• The class will be for 2 days and class will start at 10.00 am. The class must be attended.
• Your photos will be taken from your phone's front camera / webcam during class. If a trainee’s photo is not received or found incorrect, your certificate will be cancelled.
• Classes will start on time as scheduled. It will be the responsibility of the trainee to start the class on time+.
• Attendance will be mandatory for all trainees. If the trainee is found absent, the certificate will not be issued to him.
• You will be given a test after the 2nd day's class. The test will start at 3.00 pm. The test option will be from 3.00 pm to 3.15 pm. If a student fails to take the test, he or she will be considered absent.
• The test will have 10 questions and each question will be of one marks. The entire test will be of 10 marks, out of which 6 marks will have to be obtained. It will be necessary to pass the test. If someone fails the test, their certificate will not be issued to him.
• Trainees can print the certificate within 3 days, after which this option for the certificate will be removed from your panel.
• Please upload yourself attested documents carefully, if any kind of unauthenticated or blurred or non-clear documents are found then your application will be rejected and the fee will not be refunded.

Term and Conditions for Offline Classes

• Only trainees who have applied online and given the due date for training will get entry in the institute.
• It will be necessary to bring the application form, Aadhaar card and driving license with you to the institute. No entry will be made without original documents.
• It will be necessary to reach the institute on the given date for training. The time to enter the institute will be upto 10:00am. No trainee will be allowed after 10:00 AM.
• The class will be for 2 days.
• Trainee must wear masks, keep a safe distance from each other and ensure hand washing / sanitizing with soap.
• If any student has symptoms of fever, cough or cold, then that trainee will not be allowed to enter the institute without a medical report.
• Only the trainee who has to undergo the training will be given entry in the institute.
